If It Looks Like a Duck….
Today, Conservation Minnesota is releasing our latest analysis of conservation spending. The main finding is that lawmakers have ignored voter intent and begun to substitute legacy dollars for traditional sources of funding. I hope you all find the report useful and will share it with your networks and supporters. Legislators and the Governor need to hear from people that this is unacceptable, just like they have gotten a message about using arts funds for a stadium.
